Position: Customer Relations Professional
Location: Edgewood, Iowa
Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 1st Shift
We are seeking a Full-Time Customer Relations Professional to join our Office Team! Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who work in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent customer service. The Customer Relations Professional will play an important role in assisting customers both in person and over the phone, handling data entry, invoicing, taking custom processing orders, and more! The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and be familiar with Microsoft Office. Full-time is preferred but may consider part-time for the right applicant.
