Another Successful Tailgate Fundraiser for DCED

On Friday, September 6th, Delaware County Economic Development’s much-anticipated tailgate fundraiser, and what a day it turned out to be! The weather was nothing short of perfect, with sunshine and a gentle breeze that promised fun and delivered on its goals for this event.

The day’s success was a testament to the community’s support and enthusiasm for DCED’s ambitious plans. The primary aim of the fundraiser was to bolster the development of the county’s first coworking space, Workspaces, and to expand the range of entrepreneurial classes offered by the DCED office. Judging by the turnout and the spirited atmosphere, it’s clear that the community is fully behind these initiatives!

From the early afternoon, the tailgate area buzzed with energy. Attendees enjoyed a variety of food trucks, live music, and engaging activities that fostered a sense of camaraderie and community spirit. It was heartening to see families, friends, and local business leaders mingling and showing their support for a cause that promises to stimulate economic growth and innovation in Delaware County.
