Manchester Announcement: Retail Center

On Wednesday, March 9th the City of Manchester Planning & Zoning Commission approved the site plan for a 25,000 square foot retail center in the Spiegel Development on the west end of Manchester. Lot 11  (located at the far northwest corner) will be home to the new strip mall.
