Masonville is located on the west edge of Delaware County on county road W63. Masonville was incorporated in 1900 and has a population of approximately 100.

Masonville is well known for its agricultural business, especially its large grain storage, fertilizer and chemical facilities. Other businesses include: cabinet and custom furniture and R Place which has fish fries every Friday and Saturday nights.  Masonville is also home to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

A fire station was recently completed with a meeting room. A grant was applied for and received to install a community sewer system.

The city park has a shelter that is available for reservations at 563 927-2707.
