What You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team focused on local business growth
  • Drive new business development and increase overall station revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies across radio and digital platforms
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and expand market reach
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Track performance, manage pipeline activity, and ensure team accountability
  • Play an active role in the community and represent the station locally
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in B2B sales, media sales, advertising, or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Leadership experience OR readiness to step into a leadership role
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and growth-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Willingness to relocate and become part of the local community (if applicable)
